Finovation support department is looking for a bright and talented Application Support Expert to dig into our support systems and become our guru for all things related to tech support.
The application support expert will be a new and dominant part of our Technical Support team. You will be working directly with Tier 1, R&D, infrastructure, QA and our customers. Deep diving into our databases, Monitoring platform, logs and cloud services in a daily effort to pinpoint complex technical issues, improve our technical analysis and troubleshooting processes, automate, script, and innovate anything related to our technical support process.
